At Tradercom USA INC, I worked for over 14 years, and in which I made a career starting as a catalog translator at www.traetelo.com until my last current position as International Purchasing Manager. TraderCom USA INC manages and handles the Ecommerce Store of New Balance Athletic brand for many Latin American countries, and I was responsible for processing the orders received through the New Balance website for the following countries: Peru and Venezuela (https://newbalance.com.pe/ & https://newbalance.com.ve). Additionally, I coordinated the logistics from the USA to our final client in each destination. I had 4 people working under my direction in processing and logistics. In my second job, I was a Freelancer for a company that provides customer service via Chat to Online Casinos. We provided customer support, promotions, and any inquiry that customers may require.
