Always searching for opportunities for innovation in places where consumer problems are not being addressed. I started my career as a market researcher, which has helped me create a framework on how to think about products and opportunities: start with the customer. Ask them the right questions to understand what they do, why they do it, and how many of them do it. Through these research experiences I’ve also learned that I’m a builder at heart. Gaining insights and knowledge is the first step, but I love working with people to translate them into new products and businesses.
