o Directly report to the Country Manager and continuously look for ways to improve the overall efficiency and capability of IT systems and infrastructure, and potentially reduce the total cost of ownership for IT Operations.o Assist the Country Manager in planning, reporting and local auditso Supervise the Manila Local IT Team in providing internal support to employees, clients and vendors.o Recommend Workstation (Desktop/Laptop/Thin Client) Hardware & Software Specifications and Configurations.o Prepare policies and procedures involving Desktop Administration and Supporto Manage or coordinate orders, preparation, and deployment of computers (desktops, laptops, thin clients, etc.).o Administration of the telephone system(move, assigning of extensions, and IPFX management)o Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checks are complete and internal operating procedures are followed.o Monitoring ticketing queues and making sure SLAs are being meto Work shifts and provide out of office (on- call) support from time to time.o Act as a local liaison between local/regional offices and other IT support teams (IT Service Desk, IT Operations etc.) helping to ensure successful implementation and knowledge transfer/handover of new technologies.o Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop hardware needs.
