• Process applications from time of receipt of application to submission of the loan package to underwriting.
• Gather, organize and track loan documentation, work with lenders, applicants, underwriters, appraisers and others to complete processing

• Verify customer occupancy documentation and resolve routine title issues including vesting issues and various liens
• Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process

• Manage work flow for a team of 20 Legal Process Specialists
• Oversee production of reviewing and signing of all loss control documents, including substitution of trustees, judgment affidavits, post judgment affidavits, and verifications
• Analyze data elements and records for foreclosure properties for FNMA and FHLMC loans in 25 States
• Develop trending reports on quality and compliance issues
• Understand, develop and implement changes in directive of Investor guidelines to ensure accuracy in production
• Prepare daily goals and production forecasts for senior management and report department’s current status

US

• Conduct underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation and credit analysis
• Manage transactions and work closely with third-parties involved in due diligence to ensure proper underwriting procedures are followed
• Interface with Loan Officers and Branch Managers to compile required data and information, and resolve diligence related issues
• Evaluate new transaction packages for completeness and risk management
• Analyze operating history and financial statements of portfolios submitted by borrowers and maintain quality control of financial models
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced deal environment
