When I graduated from SAIT I was excited to start my career as a Junior Piping Designer, after a few short months I was able to put my design skills and 3D modeling experience to the test by successfully completing a slope flare line and an overhead piping platform. Since then I have been designing single and multi-well gas facilities, packaged equipment, pipeline riser sites, brown field tie-ins using laser scans and pictures.After 6 years in the industry I was given the opportunity to become a Intermediate Piping Designer which allows me to mentor Junior Drafters, collaborate with Design Leads about planning and scheduling as well as propose cost-saving ideas to the client. My capabilities; Single and multi-well shale gas facility designs, pipeline tie-ins and riser site designs,3D modeling, 2D drawing production, scheduling, planning, communicating with other disciplines.In my off-time you can find me out fishing with my son, golfing with my wife or hiking in Kananaskis.
