Plan and formulate strategies for the working of the company and execution as well. Manage the finances of the company based on the net income. Responsible for monitoring the staff and evaluate the performance of employees with making decisions regarding hiring or firing staff.

Responsible for the integration of home & commercial communication networks, automation systems, multi-zone audio, and distributed video systems. In charge of managing large scale homes and commercial installation projects from start to finish.

Plan and execute the site safety function requirements. Conduct daily site safety meeting or incident reports to the relevant authority. Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe conditions/material/equipment. Conduct safety trainings for workers. Co-operate with sub-contractors on the work progress. Ensure compliance to OSHA. Responsible for maintaining the OSHA Risk Assessment records.

Accountable for financial results, operational metrics, operational standards, and human resource management for my areas of responsibility. Develop and maintain a highly efficient operational system and process for the store. And ensures the continued fiscal success of the store, as well as the satisfaction of its customers and associates. Also responsible for Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service. Responsible for 6-12 sales associates at a time.
