Responsible for the smooth operation of iDE Mozambique-North Projects MonitoringSystems, as well as coordinating periodic evaluations and leading the further developmentand strengthening of reporting systems. Jointly responsible, along with the project manager,for the successful implementation of assigned projects through completion to achieve itsgoals/targets in cost-effective, and innovative market-driven ways through the informeddecisions about the project - helping to track the progress.

Developed an M&E system and data collection schedule tailored to the project's and its stakeholders' data needs, ensuring high data integrity standards. Establish tools and guidelines for data collection including discussion guides, interview checklists, and quality standards, and ensure that tools are adapted for the users (e.g. community, facilities, management). Direct data analysis efforts for the project, conduct data entry, and develop indicator performance tracking tables (IPTTs) and other reports such as Semi-Annual Donor Report (SAR), Status Report (Drop-out), Post Distribution Monitoring Report (PDM), and Program Accountability Framework Report (PAF). Highlight successes and challenges for project staff and adapt implementation in concertation with key stakeholders. Lead annual work planning and semi-annual review meetings to ensure the project's revised approach reflects performance data. Conduct capacity assessments for M&E staff and sub-grantees and determine appropriate training protocols, including the provision of study guides, on-the-job coaching, and formal training on various subjects. Manage evaluation consultants.

Led M&E processes and ensured partners, stakeholders, and project staff participated in planning and implementation as appropriate. Managed the M&E database and regularly reported on progress, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and feasibility of the M&E system. Coordinated and oversaw project performance assessments performed by external evaluators. Pursued an M&E system that continually enhanced project effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Provided focused training and coaching to project staff on M&E best practices.

Liaised between WFP and Provincial and District Government Institutions to ensure successful communication and partnership. Coordinated with warehouse staff to track shipments of food aid to final distribution points and ensure correct quantities of each item delivered per the waybills. Collected data for On-site Distribution Monitoring (ODMs) reports, Post Distribution Monitoring (PDMs) reports, and Food Distribution reports. Guaranteed that distributions were carried out according to WFP standards and reported issues to supervisors when they arose.
