That has involved coaching, devolping and promoting the existing team and recruiting new resturants managers. In this role, I principally directed business continuation and growth of a $3.5 million sales operation, running a Pollo Tropical Restaurant located in Hallandale Beach. My challenges were: 1- Staffing, I conceptualized and deployed new strategy to retain and diminish attrition. Change team's morale and engage employees. 2- Implementing processes and metrics, to facilitate evaluations and coaching. 3- Innovated and executed a new customer service concept, incrementing our guest satisfaction. The resturant was named best restaurant in the district and awarded best consumer operation. Driving productivity and profitability.

As the operations manager I had, was responsible for 11 stores throughout South Florida. With locations in several counties from Orlando to Miami Dade.
