JOB DUTIES: 1. Advocate on behalf of the employee for healthcare or vendor related concerns by working with process owners or manager. Often connecting the employee to the appropriate vendor.2. Coach employees and leaders on Human Resources self-service functions.3. Coach leaders on PeopleSoft including Leaders Desktop, requisition process, grief resolution on system errors or PCFs and serve as the PeopleSoft Security access coordinator for their business partner.4. Create Cognos, EPM and PeopleSoft reports for business partners.5. Facilitate production employee orientations ensuring proper completion of all legally required forms.Incumbent conducts the orientation delivering a 2-4 hour session on the background of Caterpillar andrequired forms.6. Prepare leaders for voluntary and involuntary separations. Counseling leaders on the steps involved and ensure all legal compliance with separation paperwork.7. Initiate domestic and global relations. Provide assistance on International Service Employee issues.8. Track and report on metrics and measurements for human resource functions and provide data tomanagement.9. Training:Responsible for collect and register all training (corporate & local initiatives), 10. Recruitment: Have interviews with candidates together with hiring manager.
