International graduate with a recently completed double master's degree in International Relations and Political Economy from both the University of Turin and Beijing Foreign Studies University.My studies have centered around China's economic policies and its relationships with different global actors, particularly the United States and the European Union. I wrote my master’s thesis about the economic consequences of the disruption and reframing of semiconductor’s global value chains that run from Shenzhen, China, through Europe, to Cupertino, California, highlighting the strategic importance of semiconductors. In addition, the research underlines the importance of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company in shaping semiconductors’ global supply chains and its relevance in the future configuration of US-China-EU economic relations. Altogether, the thesis features a thorough and detailed inspection of the evolving legal frameworks that shape the global semiconductor industry and their impact on US-China relations, as well as the implications for European semiconductor companies.I’ve gained practical experience as a cultural mediator for Chinese and English speakers in Naples. This role honed my ability to tailor mediation strategies to the specific cultural backgrounds of clients, a skill that would be highly relevant in a diverse advisory environment.
