In this job role, I managed the drive safety system, which included conducting the training and development of safety system end users. I also conducted audits of the safety system’s effectiveness, readiness, and end-user performance. In addition, I developed a safety action plan on data and reporting trends. In addition, I advised on purchasing, inventory levels, and budget projections for system upgrades and licensing. While in this role, I furthermore negotiated system needs among end users, global supply chain managers, and vendors with regard to licensing, part cost, and usage/stock levels. All in all, I managed 40 employees in this role. A couple of my successes in this position include:►I identified system performance issues through database analysis and queries. As part of this process, I utilized SQL, C#, and various other programming languages to establish system configuration, pinpoint system issues, and develop data root cause analysis. I also developed reporting metrics on system performance and trends regarding concerns. ► I functioned as a subject matter expert on safety system training to information technology personnel. As part of this process, I promoted best practices in the troubleshooting and resolution of safety system issues. I also acted as the corporate point of contact on all matters related to safety system technology while traveling to various locations in the US, South America, and Asia.► I drove improved workplace efficiency by using the Agile methodology.
