After combining the university studies (political science) with a life experience of 4 years in Argentina, I started my career working in the logistics office of Getras srl,a transport company (chemical and airport industry) of Paoletti Group. Later I took the task of organizing the operations management office of the two transports companies of the Group (Paoletti Ecologia and Getras) and then, from 2006, the reorganization and management of the Purchasing office, with the purpose of preparing new procedures and create optimizations in terms of human resources and related process.From january 2011 I assumed the position of C.E.O. in Con.ge.s, a consortium that includes all staff services ( purchasing, human resources, quality, i.t., maketing and communications ecc...) of the Group with the mission of generating synergies and improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
