Reviewing of invoice data of company number and attached documents for final confirmation and stamping. To check all invoices and final statement.

To post all charges for resident guests to the correct folio. To sell local currency to foreign exchange. To process the settlement of the guest folios wether by cash, credit card, room account or account to the company ensuring correct authority and approval codes have been obtained. Overall coordination and guidance of the sections; Concierge, Reception, Cashier, Reservation as well as Communication Centre.

To operate the Accounting Department in an Efficient manner, to ensure the gathering and recording of all appropriate accounting data. To implement accounting procedures and policies. To ensure that adequate accounting internal controls exist to safeguard assets and promote efficiency of operations.
