I am a professional looking for new challenges, interested in sharing knowledge and experience with the aim of innovating, generating the lowest possible environmental impact, with the technical and behavioral development of human beings as the driving force behind this process.I have experience in intrapreneurship. While working as marketing manager, I envisioned, planned, built and presented to the company's decision-makers in the Americas, a business plan to create a Services area in the company, involving internal structures and strategic partners. Worked as manager of the business unit creation program, business manager and general manager of the Imaging and Printing Solutions unit in Brazil.During the management of this business unit, I sought external partnerships to include an Electronic Document Management solution in the company's portfolio, which was implemented and sold to clients such as the branch of a European bank in Brazil, a large international hotel chain and a network of clinical analysis laboratories.As main behavioral characteristics, I am analytical; I tend to understand the context of a situation before giving an opinion or making decisions; I like to establish contacts and meet other people; to make things happen – transforming ideas into actions; and I have a high degree of responsibility – sparing no effort to deliver what I committed to.I seek to develop myself to adapt formal learning to the reality I currently find myself in my professional life. I am an electronics technician; I have a degree in systems analysis; I have a postgraduate degree in business administration; strategic management of technological innovation; marketing and international business; and digital business.
