As CLO for Duaga Consulting I manage the legal framework for our consulting and private equity operations, device wealth protection structures in different jurisdictions, oversee all of our private and public contracting and draft/negotiate many of the company’s agreements. Whilst in my role, I have led our company’s integration with international engineering firms, drafted multi-jurisdictional business agreements, advised on the incorporation of private equity funds and designed from a legal standpoint public-private partnership initiatives. Under my supervision is a team of four people (we’re a Boutique) but depending on the project and budget of the client, that number has gone up to 16 specialists. We are all integrated by online PMS tools where each team manager is responsible for its deliverables.

As the head of this area, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for Telos Media, the education company born out of the proven experience behind sucessful digital brands (top 1% tier in YouTube with over 750 million views) of the Now Creatives Studio. My goal is to ensure our creatives have the means to create content that will have a positive impact on underserved and vulnerable young audiences through media literacy and relevant knowledge, with a focus on wisdom and discernment.
