During the first phase of my professional career, I worked in managerial and executive positions in Brazil and Latin America in the areas of sales and later marketing in the Information Technology segment, responsible for areas such as Channels and Alliances, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Cloud, Hardware, Infrastructure Services and Outsourcing.In 2018, I began a strong process of personal transformation and development that allowed me to work in depth on the topic of impact, not only from the perspective of governance, social and environmental (ESG) but mainly from the aspects of human development and organizational relationships, with the purpose of supporting executives and board members in awakening their potential for impact on relationships, business, society and the planet.I believe that today I offer an interesting combination of practical experience of executive work in the corporate world with the application of knowledge and methodology of human and organizational development that are absolutely necessary for the current moment of our society in Brazil and in the world.
