In 2016, I left university to pursue building an eCommerce business and founded a digital agency (Leo Prestte) soon after that. By 19, I'd established our first office in Winnipeg, and we quickly became a prominent branding/design agency for startups in the prairies.In 2019, I stepped away from my business to lead Business Development at Be A Part Of in Toronto, building eCommerce technology for multinational brands like P&G and Ametek. During this time, we tripled our average deal size, doubled our revenue and were acquired by Zmags in March of 2022. Post-acquisition, I led Business Operations for Zmags, focused on integrating the 3 companies and driving operational transformation.Today, I'm building Appraiva — we analyze property imagery at-scale with AI that can 'see', to identify distressed, off-market property leads for residential real estate investors across North America.
