I led the Product, Design, Research, & Brand teams at Shortcut - where we helped teams create a better way to build products - combining planning, documentation, & project management in a seamless interface that brings everyone together. It's used by thousands of companies worldwide as an alternative for those that hate working in Jira.

Reporting to the CEO, I led the Product, Design, Research, & Data Management functions at Crunchbase, helping millions of people connect with the best companies around the world through innovative SAAS solutions for Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, & Investor teams. * Managed a team of 30 full-time employees and 200 contractors.* Helped triple our overall company ARR, while doubling user engagement during my 2.5 year tenure.* Grew my core team from 13 to 30, while simultaneously growing employee engagement scores from the 60s to the 90s with zero regrettable attrition over 2+ years. * Grew our data management function and offshore headcount by 300%.

Led a product team of 9 responsible for the iOS, Android and Web applications for ‘Zillow Premier Agent’, the marketplace CRM platform for Zillow Group.* Mobile and Desktop Apps and Platform used by over 200K Real Estate Professionals to connect with over 180 million home shoppers on Zillow, Trulia and other ZG owned sites.* Built machine learning capabilities to help connect Agents with Buyers* Grew usage from 2K DAU in 2016 to 75K+ DAU in 2019.* Users represented over $900mm in annual revenue for Zillow Group.

Responsible for all Mobile Products for Zillow Real Estate Agents and helped launch and grow Zillow Premier Agent App from zero to 20K DAU during this time with app users accounting for over $400mm in revenue for Zillow Group. Led a team of 4 product managers working across iOS, Android and Desktop engineering teams.

Responsible for Trulia for Agents mobile apps and launched the 'Trulia One' CRM platform for real estate agents. * Trulia One was the first 'Mobile First' CRM for Real Estate and combined the back-end of Market Leader's industry leading solution with Trulia's mobile engineering and design competencies. * Product was in Beta just as Zillow acquired Trulia and was then rewritten to work across all Zillow Group sites and users and relaunched as the Zillow Premier Agent Platform in 2015.
