He can be found on site helping home builders find air leakage and improve airtightness in different stages of construction of the part 9 buildings, such as single family, semi-detached and townhouses. He is Certified ENERGY STAR for New Homes (ESNH) and Certified Net-Zero Energy Advisor and developed his skills toward energy efficient, sustainable, low-carbon and high-performance buildings.
