I was an Asset Management Analyst at PK Management, a property management company with various unit types across the state of Colorado. I held this position for over a year, and I was responsible for analyzing the financial performance and operational efficiency of our portfolio, as well as identifying and implementing improvement strategies. I leveraged my skills in data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management and investors.I am also the Vice President of Professional Development at the Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, the largest and most prestigious professional business fraternity in the nation. In my former position as Master of Rituals, I oversaw the initiation and education of new members, as well as the planning and execution of various events and activities. Now, as the VP of Professional Development, I am passionate about fostering a culture of professionalism, excellence, and brotherhood among my peers, and creating opportunities for networking and career development. In addition, I am the founder and CEO of Hanky's Hats, a fashion-wear business that I launched in November 2022, partnering with an international manufacturer. I managed all aspects of the business, from product design and marketing, to customer service and logistics. I successfully established a customer base and generated a steady revenue stream, while learning valuable lessons in entrepreneurship and leadership.
