We prioritized quality and safety by using ABS material for our hand sanitizer dispensers, distinguishing ourselves from competitors who used metal, which isn't suitable for medical purposes.Teaming up with an electronics expert, we combined our skills to produce touchless and fully automatic dispensers. Back in 2004, I was entrusted with a significant responsibility: educating Iranian customers, primarily big corporations, on e-banking processes and online transactions. At the time, online banking was a new and complex concept for many, leading to delays of up to weeks for simple transactions due to multiple authorization processes. My role involved preparing IT basics and instructions, connecting clients to the internet, and teaching them how to navigate the bank's web applications. This included tasks such as checking balances, making batch payments, and obtaining authorization remotely from decision-makers worldwide. Despite the challenges posed by clients, many of whom were over 50 years old and unfamiliar with technology, my prior experience in teaching computers proved invaluable. Working closely with the Burjman Office of Standard Chartered Bank, I collaborated with exceptional colleagues and managers who provided comprehensive training and support. During my early career journey at an IT and computer hardware/software company, I began as a computer technician.
