Define, analyze, and develop business process, method, and procedure of Product Support Division which consist of Parts Operation, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Distribution. Solve problems for any inquiry regarding business process.Maintain valid Caterpillar parts material database due to mass price change and users needs. Interpret other's needs from concept into applicable systems for Parts system.Maintain the effectiveness and performance of Product Support's business system.Conduct training for Trakindo's Parts Department related worker from all over Indonesia in Dealer Business System Enhancement.Reporting to Business Development Manager

Educate and propose customer about equipment maintenance management (Heavy Equipment and Diesel Engine).Manage and maintain contract of customer's equipment management.Manage and maintain schedule of customer's equipment management.Ensure preventive maintenance execute at the right time.Recommend and give solution to customer refer to maintenance activities.Reporting to Equipment Management Manager.
