Software Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Performing detailed scans to detect different types of problems associated with software on numerous types of portable gadgets. Applying more complex diagnostic procedures to deal with OS failures, application hang-ups, and other software-related failures. Providing timely solutions for a multitude of devices such as, Androids, iPhones, Blackberrys, and Windows Mobile. Operating System Updates and Reinstallation: Updating firmware, upgrading or reinstalling software, and reinstalling operating systems to improve on device performance and security. Preserving the data consistency and making a copy of the data during the process of software updating or reinstalling. Virus and Malware Removal: Scanning and cleaning the mobile devices from viruses, Trojan, malware and other forms of malware. Responding to the future security threats that may affect the devices in future. Customization and Optimization: Adapting mobile software's to the users’ specific needs and needs such as root/jailbreak the mobile devices where applicable and allowed. This description refers to the enhancement of a device’s behavior through software tuning, memory and application control.
