I always have considered The CONTINUING TRAINING as a key element to the society development, as a result I have focused my professional career managing the learning of organisation workforces.The training element of the work gives staff the skills, knowledge, understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks. I have been managing the development, delivery and quality assurance of all learning and development in accordance with the company policies and procedures.The development work relates more to the ongoing, long-term continuous professional development and improvement of employees so that they can fulfil their potential within that organisation.I have been responsible for managing and measuring comprehensive training packages that encompasses both of these elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.The exact nature of my work has involved:-identifying learning and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers-designing and developing learning and development programmes based on the organisation's, and on individual, needs-considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets - assessing the return on investment of any learning and development programmes-working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, including line managers and senior managers, managing and conducting appraisalsdevising individual learning plans-managing the delivery of learning and development programmesmonitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers-ensuring that statutory training requirements are met-evaluating learning and development programmes-supervising the work of trainers
