• Reviewing Combined Services Drawing (Architectural/ Structural/ MEP/ ID/ Special Services) for Architectural/Structural query submissions.
• Reviewing of Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Shop Drawings, Spot Details and Blow-up Details.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Identify and prepare working drawings and reference plans for RFI Form and Variation request.
• Responsible for the review and issuance of architectural submissions.
• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, request for information for consultant’s approval.

• Develops the Submittal Registry as per Project Execution Schedule, Project Scope, Plans and Specifications
• BIM generation and analysis to identify and resolve issues with clients, architects, engineers, building owners and vendors related to construction drawings and drawings of record.
• Review RFIs and signs off prior to submission to A/E.
• Ensure RFI’s resolution turn around.
• Review RFAs and signs off prior to submission to A/E.
• Ensure approval of RFA’s on IFC/Shop Drawings, Material/Product Sample, Mock-Ups, and Methodologies.

• Prepares all documents such as schedule of works, deliveries, quantity estimates, transmittals, daily accomplishment, materials monitoring and updates plans for revision.
• Implement and monitor architectural works to contribute to high quality, cost efficiency and timely-delivery of the project.
• Check all materials to ensure that they are within the required specifications.
• Conducts joint inspection to check for any punchlist to be done.
• Prepares all documents needed for punchlist and as-built.
• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, request for information for consultant’s approval.

• Reviewing of Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Shop Drawings, Spot Details and Blow-up Details.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Identify and prepare working drawings and reference plans for RFI Form and Change Order Items.
• Propose Structural and Architectural plans based on actual project status.
• Coordinate to Construction Manager for Latest structural revisions in relation to affected Architectural area.
• Coordinate to Project In Charge for latest revisions on Architectural and Structural Plans.
