Direct the operational performance of five locations achieving $9.9MM in annual sales for the Domino’s franchise with 100 stores, and previously managed up to nine stores. Travel to stores in Austin and Roundrock, visiting locations four days per week on average to review operations, ensure optimal staff performance, identify areas for improvement, monitor customer interaction/service, and resolve issues.
