 Representing the Company in any legal matters according to company objectives; Looking after the legal Company needs and organizing its legal agenda; Dealing with all legal matters from employment and commercial work, advising HR, assisting with projects and litigation, to dealing with trading agreements;  Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations mainly in the area of corporate, data privacy, commercial (contractual), labor legislation, intellectual property and civil law; Draws up / negotiate/ review global agreements: services, license, advertising, freelancer agreements, outsourcing agreements, game development agreements, etc. in relation to the partner companies;  Draws up / negotiate internal and international commercial agreements; services, software, hardware, accommodation, facilities services, real estate, training, team building events, advertising, license, outsourcing services, transportation, sponsorship, temporary employees, recruiting, purchasing; Implementing Company’s global policies locally, ensuring adjustments to the local conditions and legislation; Drafting documents on various matters pertaining to the Company current activities, as well as legal opinions on specific legal matters;  Providing legal advice on GDPR and local data protection legislation to ensure compliance from data protection legislation perspective; Legal consultancy and support for other Company’s departments: Accountant Department, HR, IT, QC, Production; Maintaining a relationship with internal and external clients/ partners/ collaborators; Representations in front of the law courts throughout all geographical areas; Counseling and representing the Company in connection with its relationships with authorities (Trade Register, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (A.N.S.P.D.C.P.), the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM), The territorial Labor Inspectorate and others);
