Business Transformation Associate
Current• Conducting research and analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and potential solutions• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, requirements, and constraints• Developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories• Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including translating technical jargon into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders• Identifying and documenting project risks, issues, and dependencies, and working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies• Participating in project planning and estimation, including providing input on project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.• Conducting user acceptance testing and coordinating user training and support activities.• Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders, identifying and escalating issues as needed.
