- Ensuring deals are funded within 48 hours- Following up with lenders for funding updates- Ensuring customer loans are paid out- Claiming incentives and reporting units sold to Ford of Canada- Registering purchased warranties, life insurance, etc.- Arranging ownership transfer of used vehicles being taken in on trade- Ensuring Accounts Receivables cleared within 15 days of posting- Working closely with our head office to ensure all deals are submitted for month end- Auditing deals for accuracy and filling deals in storage monthly- Submitting cheque requests for loan payouts, referrals, invoices, etc.- Occasionally submitting deals to lenders for approval and printing paperwork- Processing warranty cancellations and reconciling gross numbers
