- Ensuring deals are funded within 48 hours- Following up with lenders for funding updates- Ensuring customer loans are paid out- Claiming incentives and reporting units sold to Ford of Canada- Registering purchased warranties, life insurance, etc.- Arranging ownership transfer of used vehicles being taken in on trade- Ensuring Accounts Receivables cleared within 15 days of posting- Working closely with our head office to ensure all deals are submitted for month end- Auditing deals for accuracy and filling deals in storage monthly- Submitting cheque requests for loan payouts, referrals, invoices, etc.- Occasionally submitting deals to lenders for approval and printing paperwork- Processing warranty cancellations and reconciling gross numbers

As a Member Services Representative I process a full range of member transactions such as: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill and loan payments and more. Able to understand and meet members’ service needs quickly, professionally and accurately. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cambrian products and services. Meet individual and team-based goals by identifying sales and referral opportunities. Educate members on digital banking solutions, including online and mobile banking. Operate within Cambrian's policies for cash safeguarding and fraud prevention. Meet targets for on-site balancing, outages, errors, and daily audits. Demonstrate personal commitment to teamwork and reliability, consistently performing in an ever-changing environment.
