I have a bachelor's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica, where I learned how to handle complex and unpredictable situations with resilience and agility. I am currently a Sales Manager at Vente d.o.o., a company that provides insurance and telecommunications solutions to customers across Croatia.In my role, I manage 30 to 35 sales representatives at two locations, Sisak and Zagreb, and oversee their performance, training, and motivation. I use my sales coaching skills to help them improve their sales techniques, customer service, and communication. I also collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of sales goals, strategies, and policies. I am passionate about delivering value and satisfaction to our clients, and I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that shares this vision.
