Since July 2024, I've been teaching the "QA Manual" course at Schole Centre, guiding entry-level participants through the essentials of manual Quality Assurance. Here's a snapshot of my approach:- I guide students through Quality Assurance fundamentals, covering the SDLC and STLC, and exploring various methodologies to ensure a solid grasp of both manual and automated processes.- I teach a range of testing techniques, preparing students to tackle real-world challenges by developing detailed test cases and managing defect lifecycles.- Emphasizing the importance of thorough documentation, I train students to create checklists, test cases, test scenarios, and test plans, enhancing testing effectiveness and traceability.- Through practical exercises with tools like Android Studio, Postman and MySQL, students hone their skills in API testing, mobile testing, and database management, preparing them for tech environments.- I focus on fostering ethical standards, effective communication, and the right mindset for testing, which are as vital as technical skills for a successful career in software testing.- I train students to navigate complex projects, teaching them when to work independently and when to collaborate, essential for excelling in diverse teams and project types.- I also lead workshops on resume building and interview techniques, enhancing students' competitiveness in the job market.

My everyday tasks include but not limited to: • Implementation of legal expertise for legal acts developed by the subdivisions of the Inspection body; • Legal assistance and support to the Inspection body subdivisions; • Implementation of state interests’ protection in RA judicial and other state bodies within the competence of the Inspection body; • Drafting and circulating legal acts, implementation of activities for organizing public discussions; • Implementation of inspections and other supervisory functions, administration on the basis of letters submitted by state bodies, individuals and legal entities, initiation of administrative proceedings on the own initiative of the Inspection body and their further development, including drafting decisions on subjecting them to administrative responsibility.

My everyday tasks included but not limited to:• Drafting and editing contracts with partners, service providers and customers; • Compliance of contracts of non-resident/foreign partners with RA legislation; • Keeping truck of expiration schedule for all contracts of the company.

Complete start-up management of the hotel complex with the duties including but not limited to:• Planning of activities via the work plan designed jointly with each head of department; • Holding regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments; • Ensuring full compliance to hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards; • Managing on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded; • Closely monitoring the business reports on a daily basis and taking decisions accordingly.

My everyday tasks included: • Preparation and development of an application for intellectual property and trademark registration; • Providing support to the whole process of intellectual property and trademark registration.
