Organizing and controlling all daily Housekeeping departmental functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public area, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, responsible task assignments, discrepancy reports, and room’s inspection based on the brand standards, as well as laundry and dry cleaning operation. Controlling cost of cleaning materials and laundry. Responsible for staff scheduling and timetable, training and developing of staff.

Implementing all preopening activities based on the preopening critical path, set up all rooms according to the floor plans. Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Public Area, Laundry as well as collaborating with Dry Cleaning services for guest laundry and employee uniforms. Organizing and controlling Recreation/Health Club and Swimming Pool daily work. Coordinate rooms operation on changing status with Front Office department using Opera software and inspecting guestrooms on a daily basis. Obtaining list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. Controlling stock inventory for ensure adequate supplies using Material Control software. Solving all operational tasks and challenges.
