Accurately take and document patient vitals, blood sugars, and updates in EPIC charting systemObserve and track patient interactions to ensure a safe environmentInput patient orders and transport requests into computer system accurately, ensuring patient receives what was require as quickly as possible Perform needs assessment in the ER for potential psychiatric patients, determining if admittance was required
