Armend Shkoza was born on June 27th, 1980 in Mitrovica. He is a lawyer and holds a BA and LLM degree in Private Law, with a specialization on Contract Law on the concrete hypotheses on “The Impact of Visual Perception on the Implementation of Written Contracts – Ratio Forma”. With over 10 years of professional experience as a legal expert he has been engaged professionally in different domestic organizations. For over three years, he has been an activist and Senior Legal Officer at the Trade Union Health Federation of Kosova (FSSHK). He has contributed to the compilation of the draft on the Collective Agreement in the Health Sector signed between FSSHK and the Ministry of Health. He was also a member of the Drafting Commission for the General Collective Agreement of Kosova signed by the employee and employer representatives.He has been engaged as the Legal Advisor at the General Secretariat of the Political Movement – Lëvizja VETËVENDOSJE! (The Movement for SELF-DETERMINATION!) and as Senior Legal Advisor of the Parliamentary Group of the Movement for SELF-DETERMINATION! Armend is also engaged as legal expert as the legal expert in support of Kosovo Doctors Chamber and Kosovo Dental Chamber under the frame of project supported by the Luxembourg government in a project “KSV/017”.Actually he is attorney at law and he is a part of one of the most known law firms in Kosovo, Koci&Vokshi.Armend Shkoza is also author of numerous analyses, policy papers, and articles. He has participated in many seminars and various meetings on relevant issues.
