Supporting bank’s digital transformation, collaborating with the executive team to transition to the cloud and enhance our data analytics capabilities. A key focus is deepening our understanding of the customer journey and migrating more services to our mobile app, making banking more accessible and user-friendly.My mission extends beyond our institution; I’m dedicated to fostering collaboration within Armenia’s mobile banking sector to strengthen our regional presence. By working together, we can drive innovation and set new standards in the industry.

Supporting the mission of the Global Fintech Institute by participating in events and capacity development programs, as well as contributing to the preparation of educational materials.

Led the Accelerator program spanning 12 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, working with over 200 startups globally. Successfully organized a Hackathon in collaboration with Microsoft. Actively engaged in venture funding for foodtech startups through partnership with Big Ideas Ventures. Initiated the Digital Feed podcast series and developed food traceability programs. Collaborated closely with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Economic Development Board of Singapore, Enterprise Singapore, Temasek, and other major organizations to facilitate technology transfer to developing countries.

Responsible for aligning United Nations projects with government goals, supporting fundraising activities, and establishing a donor coordination mechanism to assist in designing and implementing national and sectoral development strategies. This role required close collaboration with leaders of international organizations, ambassadors, ministers, and other high-level government officials. Assisted the government in nationalizing the Sustainable Development Goals by integrating activities and targets into policies and strategies. Was in charge of building strategic partnerships between the UN Resident Coordinator Office and non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. Additionally, managed the daily operations of the UN Resident Coordinator Office.

Oversaw international cooperation at the Ministry and served as Chief Negotiator on agriculture and food safety for the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) between Armenia and the EU. Led EU budget support programs and enhanced the capacities of key government institutions. Actively participated in intergovernmental committees and led national projects and programs in collaboration with the governments of the U.S., France, Austria, Switzerland, and the EU.

Designed and taught Armenia’s first behavioral economics course as part of the Executive MBA program at the State Medical University, with students selected from top medical facilities. Developed a tailored program that highlighted the work of leading researchers in the field, including Daniel Kahneman, Amos Tversky, Richard Thaler, Robert Shiller, Robert Sapolsky, and many other prominent authors such as Cass Sunstein and Dan Ariely. The course also incorporated insights from popular authors on habit formation, including James Clear and Charles Duhigg. The curriculum included detailed studies on habit formation and cognitive biases and featured custom case studies focused on the health sector and medical service delivery.

Co-designed and co-taught a course on the food industry, covering economic and business aspects, which I led, alongside environmental and sustainability sections presented by my co-lecturer. This collaborative approach offered students a holistic view of the industry, integrating key business and environmental insights.

At CARD, formerly the USDA Marketing Assistance Project, they were responsible for supporting agribusiness development in Armenia. Their role encompassed conducting comprehensive marketing research, leading new product development, and providing labeling and packaging solutions. They also oversaw the allocation of grants to foster growth and innovation within the agribusiness sector.
