Prime responsibility in overseeing investment disputes and commercial arbitration claims brought by foreign companies against the Republic of Albania or its constitutive organs before ICC, ICSID and ad hoc arbitration under bilateral and multilateral treaties;Acting before municipal courts to apply for injunctions, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards;Drafting, negotiating, advising and commenting on high-value strategic contracts for the Albanian state and crucial role in out-of-court settlement negotiation.

Principally focusing on advising and representing a wide range of commercial clients (in banking, telecommunication, energy, construction, trade) in dispute resolution, covering specialist areas in commercial contracts, administrative, tax and tort;

Representation of the interests of the pharmaceutical importing and distributing companies;Negotiating with the relevant state organs, including Ministry of Health, Drug Registration Center, Healthcare Insurance Institute; Submitting comments and observations regarding policy measures affecting the pharmaceutical sector;Discussing, coordinating and negotiating with the multinational pharmaceutical companies’ association in Albania and with the drugstores’ association.Public relations;Management of the association’s internal affairs
