• Measured, analyzed, and made the report on the performance of JAKI (Jakarta Kini) mobile app using analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Google Play Console, and Apple Connect.• Involved in developing new products such as drafting the product features, UI/UX, coordinating with the stakeholders, and arranging the product backlogs for the development team. • Designed the product wireframe and UI using Figma.• As a researcher on redesigning an app such as formulating the initial survey content, the design thinking, and the design sprint process for JAKI app.• Conducted a survey of users' satisfaction with the public complaint management system of the Jakarta Government.Other contribution:• Engaged in drafting Jakarta Future City Hub, a one-stop-place for innovators, startups, and founders; collaboration between Jakarta Provincial Govt and Berlin Govt (EU).• Took part in script-making for the Governor's speech material.• Chip in some awards submissions and successfully delivered the JAKI app as the winner in IDC Awards 2021 as the Best in Future of Digital Innovation.

Designing and managing the development of Halo Bahasa mobile app with function as an official literature service platform of MoEC. Available on Google Playstore.

• Involved as a data collector in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the directorate that will be used as material for employer branding activity.• Formulated the employer branding strategy for Digital Business Directorate's talent manager unit called CODEX in a form of a thesis and journal for my academic purpose.• Contributed to content creation for the talent manager's social medias.
