Marketing Activities include developing product or customer campaigns. Writes program briefing documents that outline audience, objectives, communication message, strategies and tactics to be developed, such as brochures, direct mail, e-mail communications, and website content. Coordinate with design agencies, writers and photographers externally, and coordinate content development internally with the Director for Sales and Marketing.

Worked closely with the Chairman to accomplish daily responsibilities which include maintaining calendars, updating the Executive Office contact database, answering phones, scheduling meetings, sorting mail, updating to-do and call lists, and re-organizing and maintaining the Executive Office filing system.

Handles the following telephone requirements: providing accurate arrival information; handling of customer improvement opportunities and processing of special customer requests and facilitation of other customer inquiries.
