Beratung und Unterstützung von 6 Lokal Komitee Präsidenten und Präsidentinnen bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Wöchentliche Coaching- und Strategiegespräche sowie Weiterbildungstrainings, die die persönliche und funktionale Weiterentwicklung unterstützen sollen.

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Seminaren zum fördern interkultureller Kompetenzen.

Leitung eines 25-köpfigen Komitees und eines vierköpfigen Vorstandsteams. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassten die strategische Ausrichtung des Komitees sowie Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von wöchentlichen Komitee-Treffen, Workshops und Marketing Maßnahmen.

Leitung eines sechsköpfigen Teams aufgeteilt in zwei Teams für Sales und Customer Experience. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassten die strategische Ausrichtung des Teams sowie Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von wöchentlichen Teammeetings sowie Workshops zur Steigerung der arbeitsbezogenen Kompetenzen der Teammitglieder.

Leitung eines 3-köpfigen Teams. Die Hauptaufgaben umfassten die strategische Ausrichtung des Teams sowie die Organisation der Buchhaltung, Budgetierung und sicherstellen der finanziellen Nachhaltigkeit eines non-for-profit Lokal Komitees.
