Experiance in IT sector, leading people and communication with clients around the world.Super powers: Good problem solving skills, not afraid to take action and adapt quickly in new situations. FOXWAY - Started as a device tester. Within 7 months, I was offered a position in RMA and got chance to work as a team lead and mentor. I had to adapt and learn quickly as I was working in the new department for only 2 weeks before I had to take over the role to lead people. The processes always interested me and I was never afraid to ask questions and also provide new ideas that got into use. While working as a team lead, I had to communicate with clients and find solutions for them, check and mark devices in the warehouse, improve workflows, train new people, create reports etc.PLAYTECH - Started working as a Technical Support Specialist on 15.05.23. Gained different skills using Databases, IT systems, network gaming, backend and frontend logic etc. Also experience in problem solving, communication and testing sites and games.22-02-24 Shadow month - presented Tech Support team, 6h presentation in English about my work.22-04-24 Started working as a Shift Lead.24-05-24 Joined the mentors to train summer interns.
