The Social Media Community Manager creates an authentic and fun community environment, promoting excellent customer service and helping to cultivate a strong community and a strong bond towards the brand.• Representing the Mercedes-Benz brand and reflect it’s values and mentality • Establishing a strong brand voice• Create continuous engagement with the community to increase audience by using creative dialogue• Maintaining relationships with our brand ambassadors• Ensure that our communities are safe for our fans and community guidelines are being adhered to• Respond to all customer queries and escalate complaints to the relevant department in a timely manner• Monitor planned content and competitions, give active feedback to internal/external partners and handle crisis situations that might occurTasks & Responsibilities:• Coordinate with stakeholders across the company, providing support to customer services and to the community with the help of various communication tools • Review and respond all user-generated content on all social platforms • Transfer notepads/information to corresponding internal departments for further handling • Process emails and complaints, escalating when necessary within the timelines • Thorough investigation in customer background prior to making customer contact• Manage own inbound workload • Share information and inform team members and other relevant parties• Identify bottlenecks in processes and guidelines and suggest solutions• Work within guidelines and processes, but retain flexibility to deviate from these guidelines and processes when required • Ensure constant quality level within own area of work• Follow up/monitor live social media dialogues • Build own networks in order to have the latest and most reliable information available• Great knowledge of CS and S24h processes• Creating Content & articles for the AMG Private Lounge

The main goal of the CSR is to ensure customer satisfaction, while communicating clearly and directly .He maintains the standards according to the general company’s policy, quality guidelines and netiquette, is promoting excellent customer service and helping to cultivate a strong bond around the brand.
