Key responsibilities:- Working in different sites mainly schools and colleges and collaborating with the ICT support team- Providing customer service to the visitors including students and staff to troubleshoot and resolve their IT issues- Addressing issues related to computers, tablets, interactive whiteboards, projectors, and other classroom technology. This includes both software problems and hardware malfunctions.- Ensuring reliable connectivity for wired and wireless networks within the school. - Troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing network permissions, and assisting with network security measures.- Handling student and staff account setup, access, and password resets.- Quickly addressing IT emergencies like system outages or security breaches.- Coordinating with technology vendors for support and services.
