CurrentI started working with Heinen & Hopman in the year 1990.Since my professional life was like a roller coaster & my carrier went crazy in a positive way.From the early beginning I enjoyed working with Heinen & Hopman since they have given me time, trust and chances .I started my carrier as a sheet metal worker.After that I was offered a new carrier as an autocad draughtsmen for 3 years.A new opportunity was given and taken and 4 years I was assistant project manager and Site manager.After 4 years the opportunity was given to start the Offshore department.I have worked on New Built, conversion, life time extensions and Revamp Offshore jobs all over the world.Jobs from 1000 Euro up to 10.000.000,00 Euro.I have worked on all kind of Offshore projects such as Pipe layers, Crane Vessels, Drillers, FPSO's, FSO's, Flotels, Supply vessels, windmill installation vessels, transformer platforms , etc.Language I speak and write are Dutch, English and German.I am fully aware of the applicable classifications and authorities applicable in the offshore like DNV, LLOYDS, NMA, NORSOK, ABS, BV, Etc.Also I am very experienced in preparing complete offers and very often I assist our Sales world wide.Since 5 years I have also started up the so called MRO department ( Maintenance Repair and overhaul ) and Services ( Contractual & NON Contractual ).With great success these two new extra departments developed and my team ( 22 enthausiastic members )are proud en confident that this success will go on.In 2016 I was given the opportunity to get involved with our Inland shipping department which was in a Crisis.Together with a very enthausiastic Youngster we managed to get this department back on track and from the early beginning we created a new positive bond with our clients resulting into increased and repeating business.Great opportunities have been given & taken resulting into the full lead of 4 departments /6 teams ( in total 28 persons )
