- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.- Responsible for the End-to-End recruitment process which includes understanding the requisition on needs, Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, and shortlisting, Salary negotiation.- Negotiating offers/Salary Follow up with the selected candidates, until the candidates join the company.
