Hi 👋, I'm Armin Erika! As a Computer Science undergrad with an associate in Social Sciences, I’m passionate about leveraging technology for societal impact, collaborating with diverse teams, and continuously honing my technical skills to address complex social challenges and drive positive change through innovation. Because of this, I’m interested in the dynamic fields of Computer Science, Data Science, and Cybersecurity, and I am determined to pursue a career at the intersection of these disciplines. I’m actively seeking experiences and opportunities in machine learning, AI, and cybersecurity that are community-centered and impactful to society. I currently volunteer at our student-led Security Operations Center (SOC) and Student Data Center (SDC), where I gain hands-on experience in threat detection, incident response, and network infrastructure. I’m also the Secretary for the Data Science & AI Club where our e-board and I strive to create learning and hands-on project opportunities in machine learning and AI for students from all backgrounds. With these activities, I hope to advocate for and support organizations aiming for greater representation in STEM fields. I firmly believe that the true power of technology lies in its ability to bring people together and create meaningful and positive change. 💻✨
