Took part in Fundamental Service Review to find savings and minimise waste.Lead for the transfer of previously outsourced services back in-house as a result of underperformance against contract. This involved contract monitoring, change process negotiation, TUPE transfer of staff & contract negotiations, physical relocation and change arrangements for IT infrastructure as well as internal process adaptations. Savings of >£100k pa realised from first year.

Engagement with BRDO to develop a local authority process for transition and marketing the benefits of PA to businesses and local authorities.
