I also led on the delivery of EH Consultation Team services which involved event management for medium and large scale events (e.g. Hyde Park Concerts).Responsible for a revenue budget of £5.4m including salaries, revenue maximisation and debt management. Took part in Fundamental Service Review to find savings and minimise waste.Lead for the transfer of previously outsourced services back in-house as a result of underperformance against contract. This involved contract monitoring, change process negotiation, TUPE transfer of staff & contract negotiations, physical relocation and change arrangements for IT infrastructure as well as internal process adaptations. Savings of >£100k pa realised from first year.

This involved multi-agency partnership working across government and private sectors.Delivered Westminster's transition to Primary Authority resulting in over 21 contracts with large retailers, food businesses and service industry partners. Engagement with BRDO to develop a local authority process for transition and marketing the benefits of PA to businesses and local authorities.
