- Responsible for University application- Conducting English Placement Test (EPT) for offer received students.- Training and development to the counsellors across Sri Lanka & Maldives- Responsible for generate the company revenue and University enrolment- Participate recruitment partners event in their office and outside- Participate world Education fair & Education exhibitions with recruitment Partners- School and College visit and give presentation about the University program- Developed the all island market for UK University- Organize agent trainings & webinar series with recruitment partners .- Extensive travelling across Sri Lanka and visit the Recruitment Partners office.- Organize webinar ( University/College Presentation with recruitment partners across the globe- Coordination with Admissions Team for International Application .- Participate World Education fair with University/College- Conducting Spot Application day with University /College with in Recruitment Partners office.

- Recruiting Students for Cape Breton University- Responsible for Universities enrolments- Recruiting International Students from Sri Lanka and South India- Training and Development of Counsellors for Universities and Colleges- Organize webinar ( University/College Presentation with recruitment partners across the globe- Coordination with Admissions Team for International Application.- Participate in World Education Fair with University/College- Conducting Spot Application day with University /College within Recruitment Partners office.

Provide counselling and advice to clients. Processing documents for course enrollment and maintain positive relations with existing partners and clients. Network with educational institutions to establish long-term partnerships with Source for overseas potential clients and students to use our services to attending consultations to close sales & plan to organised local seminars and external firms to organised opportunity to attend overseas networking events.

Coordinate with students regarding credit transfer, suggested classes and other logistics involved in studying abroad. Informing students about travel necessities, such as insurance and visas, and providing training on cultural adjustment. I may also serve as the liaison between the school and the study abroad program or foreign university.

Counseling designed to facilitate student achievement, improve student behavior and attendance, and help students develop socially. Mental health professionals with o/l to master's degrees or beyond, Study abroad both provide counseling and serve an educational role.
