Suggest and implement re-configurations to improve performance and resource utilization.• Perform audit, initiate and administer Statistics from the Network Elements• Configuring and customizing Business Objects for Statistics Reporting• Implement maintenance schedules as per manufactures guidelines /operational manuals.• Maintain periodic records related to OSS Network faults including occurrence/resolution times, actions taken, etc.• Diagnose OSS Network Services faults and challenges and perform root-cause analysis and trouble administration according to predefined process.• Knowledge of UNIX file management • Escalate critical faults with vendors and follow up on CSRs(GCC). • Keep track of new OSS applications and carry out system upgrades with vendors Show less
