I was born and grew up in a rural area of Bangladesh, where poverty was very visible. A wish to do something for those people started developing in me, and it got stronger as I grew up. Obviously, as a child, I had no idea exactly what to do, how to do. But I was ready to take whatever sensible direction comes in front of me.I started developing my professional career in 2001, when I was a 16 years old boy. Today, I’m the founder and CEO of Outsource Experts Ltd. (OEL), the company currently employs more than 300 people worldwide. 80% of those employees are from Gaibandha, which is where I was born. We’ve our own office premises there, and I try to visit it at least twice a year. When I visit it, I feel the happiness, I feel the success. People over there respect me, I respect them too. Together, it’s a “happy family”, that’s what I call it.
