As a venture capital fund manager, I have a unique point of view that enables me to identify, be a guide for, and invest in product and service-focused founders. I worked at two of the country's largest banks and learned how to analyze investments from them. I've also been a passion-driven owner/operator of businesses for 16-plus years. I've lived and learned how to identify the traits that are necessary for founders who are at the cutting edge of business to grow and scale.I love sharing the lessons I've learned with founders of small enterprises, especially minority and female founders. Minority and woman-owned businesses have historically been severely undervalued in relation to their majority male owned peers, but I believe that with proper funding and guidance, they can outperform other businesses.
